Medical Insurance

Each Lehigh employee has different needs. That’s why the university offers eligible employees four medical benefit options. Each plan includes behavioral (mental) health benefits.

Prescription Drug Coverage

Each of Lehigh's medical plans includes prescription drug coverage through Express Scripts Health Solutions.

Vision Care

The DavisVision program is part of each medical plan offered by Lehigh. When you elect medical insurance coverage, you are automatically enrolled in DavisVision as well.

Dental Care

The university makes dental insurance available to eligible staff and faculty and their dependents through United Concordia.

Employee Assistance Program

When a personal problem poses the potential to disrupt your personal and work life, Lehigh encourages you to take advantage of the Employee Assistance Program.

Flexible Spending Accounts

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) are cash reimbursement accounts that offer potential savings for eligible employees. Lehigh’s FSAs are administered by WageWorks.
