Open Enrollment for 2026 Flexible Benefits

You are here

The annual Open Enrollment period for your Lehigh Flexible Benefits runs from November 3-17, 2025. The changes you make during this period will take effect January 1, 2026.

After Open Enrollment, you may only make changes to your benefits in response to a qualifying life event (QLE). QLE changes are restricted to those that are directly related to the life event, such as the birth or adoption of a child. So we encourage you to take advantage of this two week period to review all of your benefits elections and consider whether they are still meeting your needs.

What's Changing in 2026?

  • Premiums for all medical plans and dental insurance are increasing.
  • Medical plan out of pocket costs are changing.
  • Prescription plan out of pocket costs are changing.
  • The spouse/partner surcharge for the medical plan is increasing.
  • Contribution limits for all Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Savings Accounts are increasing, allowing you to put aside more pre-tax income for approved uses.
