Tax Withholdings
Every employee must complete two withholding forms, submit these form to the Payroll Office via the Payroll Office FileSender:

For federal taxes: the W-4 Employee's Withholding Certificate form filed with the Internal Revenue Service.

For NYS/NYC/Yonkers taxes: the IT-2104 Employee's Withholding Allowance Certificate form filed with the NY State Department of Taxation and Finance.

If you are not a resident of NYS/NYC/Yonkers, please use the form IT-2104.1 New York State, City of New York, and City of Yonkers Certificate of Nonresidence and Allocation of Withholding Tax.
