Higher Education Leadership Institute (LVAIC): The LVAIC Higher Education Leadership Institute is a 10-month program for mid-career faculty and administrators aiming to transition into leadership roles in higher education. The program includes in-person sessions, remote learning, self-reflection, and mentorship to enhance leadership skills through networking and selective admission process.
Pragmatic Leadership at Lehigh (CE@L): Pragmatic Leadership at Lehigh University is a high potential program designed in partnership with the Bacharach Leadership Group to equip participants with practical leadership skills and strategies to navigate complex organizational challenges effectively. Rooted in the principles of pragmatism, the program emphasizes the importance of adaptability, collaboration, and continuous learning in leadership.
