Medical Premium Reimbursement Plan (MPRP)
Lehigh provides eligible retirees with a premium reimbursement for medical insurance they purchase for themselves and/or their dependents. The MPRP reimbursement amount is $122.35 per person per month during fiscal year 2025-26. The MPRP reimbursement amount will increase to $126.88 per person per month for fiscal year 2026-27.
Access To Medical Insurance For Retirees Under 65
The plan also provides access to the university's medical coverage plans for retirees and dependents under the age of 65. The cost to purchase one of the university's plans is determined by subtracting the monthly reimbursement rate (currently $122.35 for the remainder of the 2026 plan year ) from the full cost of coverage.
