Open Enrollment for 2025 Flexible Benefits

The annual Open Enrollment period for your Lehigh Flexible Benefits runs from November 1-15, 2024. The changes you make during this period will take effect January 1, 2025. 

After Open Enrollment, you may only make changes to your benefits in response to a qualifying life event (QLE). QLE changes are restricted to those that are directly related to the life event, such as the birth or adoption of a child. So we encourage you to take advantage of this two week period to review all of your benefits elections and consider whether they are still meeting your needs. 

What's Changing in 2025?
  • Out-of-pocket costs are changing for all three medical plans
  • Out-of-pocket costs are changing for the prescription plan
  • Voya will become the university's new vendor for voluntary benefits beginning January 1, 2025
  • Voya will also administer a new hospital indemnity benefit
  • Expanded vision care coverage through Davis Vision, including the addition of Warby Parker to their network

There will be no increase to monthly premiums that you pay for medical or dental insurance in 2025.
